I have been with Mason Clay from very early in their formation, I decided to join them from a much bigger organisation because I believed in their ethos. Mason Clay,  led by Samantha  Mansfield,  believe in a family-based organisation which only take on workers known to them or who come highly reccomended, hence the company has a reputation of only supplying locums of good quality. Everybody is on first name terms with the management team and we have become used to a very high level of support supplied by them and the company. Finally we as locums get paid most of what we earn. Mason Clay unlike most other agencies only take a very small fee which is about one third of what I have paid in the past with other agencies. They are without doubt the best agency I have ever worked with.
