Delivery Policy

A Standard Delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Isle of White) a charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all packages under 10Kg.

A Standard Delivery charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to Northern Ireland.

Any delivery overseas or within Great Britain but outside the UK, such as Jersey and Guernsey, will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependant on destination and the volumetric size of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final delivery charge before the order is shipped. Alternatively, feel free to contact us prior to placing the order to receive a delivery quote.

At Mason Clay, we aim for next day delivery. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

Deliveries to Non UK addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland can not be delivered next day.

Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.

Though every effort is made by Mason Clay & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

Mason Clay relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependant on the accessibility of your address.

Refunds, Cancellations and Replacements

If you are not happy with your new purchase, simply return the product in as new condition with your receipt to Mason Clay and we will offer you a replacement, or refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of placement. Dispatched orders will require you to follow our refund policy.

All orders taken by Mason Clay are to be paid for in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
